Replacement care is about providing support, companionship, and meaningful engagement while ensuring the client's needs are met throughout the shift.
What we do
- Support clients in the community, where appropriate and if they are able.
- Support clients in their own home, for example by helping them with meals, drinks, and other daily living tasks.
- Spend time socialising and communicating with clients to help reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing.
- Take part in activities with clients, such as puzzles, word searches, games, or other activities they enjoy.

We cover all Carmarthenshire.
